I have a sheet with several viewports in different scale, one is 3"=1'-0", one is 1/2"=1'-0".  There are already notes and dimensions in the views in scale 3"=1'-0" and I want to match them in the views of 1/2"=1'-0"; The note text height is 1/2", the dimension text height is 1/8";  So in scale of 1/2"=1'-0", I multiple 6 (3" divided by 1/2")to those text heights and the results are too big. So what is the right size of the text respectively I should use, so they will look the same in the sheet?

Greetings @hliS658H

Are you using Annotative text/dimensions by chance? they autosize so you never have to ever play this guessing game. If you are unsure, please share your DWG file here.

For us, the printed intent is to always have 3/32" high text on paper for 'standard text' items on our CDs.

Yes, I noticed I can choose to use annotative dimension and it will automatically adjusted the size.  Thank you!
