SHX Fonts not being remembered

Just upgraded our PCs to Autocad Architecture 2013. I migrated all of our fonts and templates to the new 2013 folders. However, when I open a drawing the SXH are loaded and displayed correctly. As soon as I click on or edit any of that text, it changes to simplex and will not display / print correctly.

Any thoughts?

Somewhere one of you settings has gone awry.

If while editing it displays the simplex font that probably means it's using the font that has been set with the FONTALT variable.
