Screen Issue.......Problem

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could advise me.  When I move elements in AutoCAD, the screen starts multiplying the elements visually.  I have attached a video.  Is my graphics card going bad?  Or is my monitor going?  Any other ideas?

Turn of LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables and see if that helps.
If not, turn off HARDWARE ACCELERATION and see if that helps too.
