Scaling a site plan

I have been given this site to develop and I am having trouble scaling it as they have given it to me in a funny format. It is saying that the scale is 1'-0"=1'-0" but apparently the actualy dimensions are metres, the barn at the bottom left of the plan is 32.470mX18.4480m.

I need to scale the drawing to 1:500 so that I can print it out and draw on it, any help on how do this would be much appreciated.

You can use the Units command to change your units to Meters and the scale of your drawing to 1:500.  To scale the objects in the drawing, use the dimension line of your known reference (the 32.47 barn) and use the command Scale with the Reference option.   Select all the objects in the drawings.   To specify the reference length, click the start & end points of your known dimension.  For new length, enter 32.47.
