Welcome to the community!

What version of AutoCAD Architecture are you running?  (I would assume 2016, but I really hate making assumptions.)

What specific "patch" is the latest patch to which you refer?  (It may be AutoCAD Architecture 2016 Service Pack 1, but again, I would rather not assume.)

When does this error message appear?  Is it only when first starting up the program?  Is it only after opening each new drawing?  Do you get it after every command, after a specific group of commands or only after issuing a specific command?  Knowing the precise context may help us help you.

Are you running the program "out-of-the-box" or do you have a fair amount of customizations?

For what it is worth, I have not had that error message show up for me.

See below..

What specific "patch" is the latest patch to which you refer? (It may be
AutoCAD Architecture 2016 Service Pack 1, but again, I would rather not
assume.) It was the one when all of AutoCAD architecture 2016 kept crashing
and then a patch to fix it came out. Maybe a month or so ago.

When does this error message appear? We work a lot in metric and go back
and forth. When I type units or dduinits, this is the error I get.

Is it only when first starting up the program? No, it's after a drawing is
open. Is it only after opening each new drawing? Do you get it after every
command, after a specific group of commands or only after issuing a specific
command? Just when I'm trying to do the units. Knowing the precise context
may help us help you.

Are you running the program "out-of-the-box" or do you have a fair amount of
customizations? No customization...just out of the box.

For what it is worth, I have not had that error message show up for me.

Thank you!

Are you using Autocad Architecture or plain Autocad?

AECDWGSETUP is an ACA command and if it notifies you that this is an unknown command it leads me to suspect you

have something other than ACA.

No, I have Autocad architecture 2016. I was able to fix the program. I'm
all good now.

Thank you!
