Rendering materials do not display in AutoCAD Architecture 2018

Hello, 

I am in the process of trying to render a design; however, my applied materials are not being displayed or rendering out.  I have already adjusted the styles manager.

Any help or suggestions as to how to fix this is greatly appreciated!

Could you share a screenshot and sample DWG file where the issue is happening?

You may also want to check your Graphics Configuration settings, to ensure Advanced Material Effects is enabled:
