We have for many years demoed and modified plans with customers using a remote desktop to our workstations from a separate office very successfully. This was done with win 7 and ACA 2016.
I am now trialing Win 10 and ACA 2016 and 2018 and every time I enable the remote desktop my QAT loses all of the customisation. It's a massive PITA as I keep going to find the commands and they are not there.
Any ideas why this would happen? I wouldn't expect a program to change settings because of remote desktop. I'm aware that there was an issue with the QAT losing customisation but this is not the same.
