Pull down menus missing

I'm just starting to use ACA 2019 (coming from 2012) and the only pull down menu I can get is express. I checked the cui and I don't see the other standard menus. Are they no longer available?

I stopped using pull down menus many versions ago. Nevertheless, you could add them back in if you open ACAD.CUIX as a partial customization file.
