Hello, I can't export to dwg if there are unloaded xref in the file. Is it possible to get around this somehow without deleting the unloaded xref?

Detach the XREFs first.

Thanks for your answer.
I understand that by detaching the unloaded x-refs, the export will be correct. But if I need these x-refs in the future, then it is very inconvenient to detach them, then reload them.

So... your choices are do what you wrote or
SAVEAS
Detach XREFs
Create your export
Trash the saveas file when done.

How would you like to proceed? right now, today in Feb2021, those are your only choice sadly.

Depending on what your use for the files is would etransmit be an option for you?

Thank you so much for your answer. Yes, I think it might help with my problem. I used etransmit many times, but I didn't click this check mark. THANK YOU! 😃

NO. I tried it now. But unfortunately it didn't work out your way. I need to save a single drawing with binding x-refs. And when binding the function of including all unloaded links is not available.

unloaded xref's cannot be bound, even while using the xref command. If you want them to be bound then they need to be loaded.

Why then do you need the upload function if it is impossible to fully use it?
I'll explain. I have a lot of floor plans, it would be convenient for me to keep the links from engineers and designers unloaded to check the correctness of the solutions. That is, download them only at the time of verification. But apparently the export to dwg is not possible in this case. it's sad.

The simplest solution is:

Save your drawing

Detach all unloaded xrefs

Export to dwg

Exit your drawing *without* saving.

No duplicate drawing to delete, and next time you open your drawing the xrefs will be in there like you want.

edit:  If you have alot of drawings to do this to, you *may* even be able to mostly automate this procedure using the Action Recorder in Autocad
