Hi guys !

Depending on the drawing attached, I can not make a subtract of the mass element in red on the white one. It worked for some, but not for others. I tried to convert to 3D Solid it did not work either ...

I think it is a bug ???

Thank you if you can help me !

Drawing make with Autocad Architecture 2019 up to dated

Hello! I can't open your file...becouse I still workin in earlyer vertion of ACA. Convertion in DWG viewer makes it like PROXY elements.
But I can sugest you solution for such a problem not boolean way.

The element where should be done the subtraction necessary to convert into wall>
Then for that wall( converted element ) in context menu > interference condition>add and choise the mass element for subtruction>
After that you will recive the wall with the subtraction. But subtructed mass has to be where it is/don't delete it.
Next you need to do is to CONVERT the wall to Mass back. There is no direct way to do it BUt here is one trick 🙂
You need just to create small mass and put it somewhere into the body of the wall. Than using boolean just "union" the wall to the mass.
It definetly works 100%
Also there is one alternative.
Insted creating of small mass you can create a mass group of wall and subtructed mass but to the subtructed mass have to be created new style and applyed material "thermal& moisture.insulation.air" It makes it invisible in the model view but still applyable in plan view( it is like hollow object)Mass group can be used for all the type of AEC element not for mass only.

Sorry for the delay, I was really busy on another thing...

I tried many many things...after I decided to contact Autocad Support. The problem is now in the hands of the developper...

Thank you all for your help !
