Problem using high resolution screen

When installing vers. 2016 on my new computer with a high resolution on the screen (3840x2160), the size of the toolbar is so small that it is not possible to see the icons. I have tried to change the resolution but without any effect. It does not seem to be a unique problem. I know at least three other with similar problem. What should I do?

AutoCAD is only designed to 2k resolutions through 2016: https://www.google.com/search?q=autocad+and+igh+res+display&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-US:IE-...

This is the fix that works for me with AutoCAD and a few other programs: http://www.danantonielli.com/adobe-app-scaling-on-high-dpi-displays-fix/

Thanks for the tips.

Nothing seems to work properly. Autodesk have to adapt their program to 4K-screens. All of my other program on my computer is working ok e.i. Office, Adobe ...

To solve the problem I have to buy a new computer (again) with lower resolution!!!!!

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm sorry to hear that none of the suggestions we've made here have helped.

If your display and your system are not a single unit, a more affordable alternative may be to swap out the high resolution monitor for one within the supported range (2k high limit), instead of purchasing an entirely new machine as you've indicated.

Below 2k is the display requirement, so 2560 is not low enough. Think HD format instead http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-architecture-general/problem-using-high-resolution-screen/m-p/...

A fix, if any, will most likely only come in future versions and not a patch to this one.
