We have two printers. Epson printer the PDF and DWG print the layers perfect. The HP (plotter) the prints are completely off, way thicker then are supposed to show. updated drivers and a tech look and couldn't not find an issue.

How are you setting those "thicker" linetypes in your DWG file? Most users find they need one method for one device an another for a second device when plotting from AutoCAD.
