Post your DWG file, point to the object, lets all review it for ourselves: ensure you bundle your plot style table with your DWG file so we can see what else you may have missed.

If you use ETRANSMIT command it will bundle all the necessary files along with your DWG in a ZIP file that you can post here.

First determine what plot style table  you are using by typing plot at the command prompt.

Type options at the command prompt, find your plot and publish tab (4th from left) and click on Add or Configure plotters. That will take you to a folder that has a folder names plot styles.

I just remembered that if you etransmit. Then those files will be included.

You did not read (or perhaps not understand) the entire reply you first got after you first posted: you have a PLINE with a WIDTH assigned, this needs to be set to zero instead if you don't want it to plot that thick

It looks like @pendean  has answered your initial question.  however, you might want to become familiar with plot styles at some point.

Type "plot"  and look at the upper right corner of the dialog box that appears.
