Calling on the ACA community for immediate help!
I am unable to drag any blocks from my tool palettes to my drawings (i.e. a shower pan!) Tool palette file locations seem to be okay.
I admit that I am running a VisionRez plugin, and suddenly I am unable to get any of those palettes to even load -and their tech support is no longer helpful.
I did find this, which isn't exactly the same thing, but perhaps it would work - I just hesitate to edit the registry.
Issue:
When trying to drag content from the Content Browser to a tool palette or a drawing in AutoCAD Architecture or AutoCAD MEP, the screen flickers but nothing is added to the tool palette. If dropping a tool into the drawing space, the command does not start.
Causes:Possible conflict between different versions of the software installed on the same machine.
Solution:Edit the registry with the following change:
- Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard to bring up the Run window, enter REGEDIT and click OK.
- Navigate to and select the following folder:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{34d71ea5-7e74-4bb5-84da-fd59b4f63c52}\InProcServer32 - On the right side, double-click (Default) to edit it and change the value to:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AcInetEngineps19.dll - Close the registry editor and restart the computer.
My question: Does the number at the end of AcInetEngineps19.dll refer to the version year? (If so, I am definitely not running 2019).
