PDF displays pixelated lines at angles

Hi.
I have been working on some plans that have lines in angles(No octoganal ) and when I print the plans as a pdf the lines get pixel it...
However, if i make straight lines and print them they look good but when I rotate it them in Photoshop they get pixel it again
Plsss help me

Sounds like your PDF viewer's display settings need to be fixed: what are you using?

Idk if the problem is that I took the plan from rhino and fix it in cad

Post a sample drawing (with just the important objects) and the resulting pdf along with a markup describing your complaint in the pdf.
