OLE Spreadsheet Only Plots in one viewport

all right all you wizards out there,

Here is the issue: I am attempting to plot a schedule that is 2 full size (arch D) sheets.  The excel file imports fine, can be adjusted without issue.  All layers are on and all layers are printable.  Viewport Number 1. plots without problem either directly to the plotter or to PDF.  I cannot get a second viewport to plot the information, no matter what I try.  Have tried inserting into paper space, that was even more unsuccessful than in model space.

Can anyone tell me what is going on, and how to fix it?  Been working on this for an hour w no results

Ole has its limitations.

I would try data linking the spreadsheet into autocad tables.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting your question here in the community. Could you attach a sample file that clearly illustrates the issue (zip it all up so the spreadsheet is included as well)?

I'd be happy to take a look at your file and do a bit of troubleshooting.

Attached is the spread sheet and the drawing file.  There is not much to it.  The sheets are setup just as I left it when having trouble with it.  Thank you for taking a look, hopefully its just some boneheaded thing I have forgetten to check.

Thanks again!

I opened your file and  plotted Layout 1 and Layout 1(2) to pdf without any problems.

I have read that my issues could be due to the plotters memory.  Do you think this could be causing my issues?  the file is not that large, this is the first time i have had an issue like this.

Thank you for looking at it.  At least now I can trouble shoot our equipment and try and sort things out.

This is a small file and I cant imagine plotter memory being an issue.

You should try and plot this to PDF and if that works fine it probably is a plotter issue.

As a workaround you can plot to PDF and then plot the pdf to the printer/plotter.

I tried that already.  I have the same issue as when I do a direct plot.  The issue is clearly user/myequipment.  Thanks again for  your help.
