object display mixed up after isolating layer

I have several elements on a layer. Some of them should appear in forground, some of them in background (covered by hatches). If I isolate a layer of the drawing and return to solve the isolation, the object priority gets mixed up. Is there a way to avoid this?

DRAWORDER command the entities into place as needed if REGENALL command doesn't fix your display issue.
