I don't seem to have the build panel on my home tab. Looking at other posts it seems I should load the ACA.CUIX customization file but i dont have one in the folder. I definitely installed architecture and not just plain AutoCAD.

You are in the "run as autocad" profile: start OPTIONS command, go to the PROFILES tab, do you have any ARCH options? Double-lick on the one you need to use.

I do have an architecture profile and its set current. It has (DAN) after it but i am 99% sure I installed English. I'm not sure if it matters but i am on a free trial.

You also appear to be missing the pats folder and the WorkspaceCatalog folder(s) in your Support folder.  The installation did not fully install things, the secondary installer did not fully copy over things or you have customized the location of certain files (although I am not certain that there is an option to relocate the local workspace catalog folders in the installation).

I would try running a reinstall installation from the Control Panel to see if that restores the missing files and folders.  If that does not work, then a clean uninstallation and reinstallation of AutoCAD Architecture may be in order.  If the latter is the case, I would download the installation files from AVA and after you have all of them, do the extraction/installation rather than using the Install Now option, that tries to download and install at the same time.
