New to me AutoCAD Architecture 2022 not recognizing built in commands

Trying to pull up the Project Navigator  
"ProjectManager is an unrecognized command"

"ProjectBrowser is an unrecognized command"

"ProjectStandards is an unrecognized command"

And there are dozens more.
