Press the button in the bottom right corner that looks like a rectangle with two arrows in it. It's the clear screen button. It hides all the menus. I think that will do it.

If by "menu bar" you mean "ribbon", then typing RIBBON at the command line and pressing enter should turn on the ribbon.

If by "menu bar" you mean the pull-down menus (such as the File Window and Help shown in your image), then it does appear to be turned on.  The AutoCAD Architecture customization file (ACA.cuix) does not include pull-down menus; these were dropped in favor of the ribbon starting with the 2010 release.

I am not certain what you mean by "tools on the side".  If you type TOOLPALETTES at the command line and press the ENTER key, the tool palettes should open.  There are a number of other palettes that could be turned on as well (Properties, Layer Properties Manager, External References, Styles Browser, etc.).

Your screenshot says otherwise, are you sure you clicked on it?

After that, why don't you just select another workspace then back to your desired workspace and see if everything reappears

Since you haven't really used it yet try reset back to defaults. To do this click on the start button in windows and scroll down the programs list and find the autocad you are using and expand it's sub menu. In there it should have a "reset settings to defaults"

If that doesn't fix it then next I might try to repair it from the control panel >programs where you would uninstall things. Either that or maybe it was a corrupt install because it didn't download right.

The command line is invoked with Ctrl + 9.
Options:
1. in the menu right at the bottom there is a button in the form of gears, it can also be repeated in the upper left corner, click on it and you will be prompted to select the desired menu, for example autocad classic, etc.
2. Write in the command line press Enter, in the menu that appears locate the tab "profile", choose the current profile and press the Reset button or reset.
Options you can invoke by clicking on the icon with the letter a in the top left corner, after clicking on a list, which is below the OPSINS

You're tagging on to a 2 year old thread that has nothing to do with your problem.  You are using a MAC.  The ribbon is a windows interface.  The MAC version has toolsets.  See this link for an interface overview of 2018 AutoCAD.  You might be able to find something similar if you use your help functionality built into the program.

If you have a new problem, always start a new thread and link to another thread that you believe is similar. Otherwise, it wastes the community's time.
