I'm sorry to hear these suggestions didn't help. There are a couple of known causes for the particular error you're encountering here:
You can only open the Content Browser once on a machine.
- If you try to open a second instance, that error will appear: "The catalog you are trying to access...".
- Check first to make sure the Content Browser is not still open, but hidden behind something else, or located on a secondary monitor.
One or more of the content packs did not install correctly, and the files are missing from the installation.
- The same error will appear, and list the location of the content.
- Check the content folders to ensure the content packs you've installed are present. Default location: C:\Program Data\Autodesk\ACA 20XX\enu\AECContent\
- If the content is missing from this location, you need to reinstall the content packs or copy them from a working machine.
Finally, it looks like the path you've listed doesn't designate a particular drive. Do you use redirected user folders? This could be causing the problem.
