Mirror command pop up disappeared

When using mirror command I used to get a pop up next to the cursor asking if I would like to delete the source objects

Now it has disappeared. I still get the choice on the command line, but the pop up was useful as you could choose with a click of the mouse

I have tried a switching selection cycling on and off and also the DYNPROMPT variable but neither change anything

What is the dynmode setting?  Is it positive?

Set DYNMODE to 3 (not -3 or anything else) and see if that helps.

Thanks, I had the same problem! It's a mystery when things like this seem to spontaneously appear or disappear. I know that I did not enter DYNMODE and change the command!

@haines.300 You will never ever know for sure when any variable changes (and to figure out why) unless you add that variable (and any others you 'must have" to SYSVARMONITOR command's watchlist and have the program flag it when it changed https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+use+sysvarmonitor+command
