Material scale changes during rendering

I've applied a predetermined metal fencing material to an object and edited the scale to 0.1 because of meters unit. It looks fine in the model but out of scale when rendering, what am I doing wrong? It only happens with this material

Hello,

How about checking with this way of material preview when scaling?

https://www.cadtutor.net/forum/topic/16114-material-scaling/

And  continue rendering ?

The Render Material you see in Shaded Mode is only the Render Image File and not the other settings such as Reflectivity, Cutouts, etc.  It appears to me that there is an incongruity among your settings.  I recommend  that you look at your Cutouts and Bump settings, set to Link Texture Transforms (if off) and verify that those match what you have set for the Image settings.
