Is it Possible

I am attempting to create one door schedule showing first and second floor doors in the schedule. Is it possible to schedule 2 different drawings in the same schedule? I have attached a drawing of first and wondering how to schedule the second-floor plan

Thanks Byron

Yes.  Put the schedule in a multilevel view file and allow scheduling xrefs.

I created a view file that has my first and second floor xrefed into it. I then created a view drawing for schedule and put my schedule on this view. I then allowed xref drawing and pointed to the view drawing with my two xrefs on it.  It is not working. Am I doing it wrong or missing something? I can post drawings if needed

Thanks Byron

  1. Add the door schedule to the view drawing.  Start with the ones built into the ribbon.  You can change the schedule style later.
  2. Change the properties to  allow for updating automatically, for adding new objects automatically, and to allow
    xrefs to be scanned.2022-05-16_21-59-44.png
  3. Select the table and choose reselect from the contextual ribbon.
  4. Select your xrefs with a crossing window.
  5. If that doesn't generate a filled in schedule, try choosing "Add all property sets from the schedule contextual ribbon tab.
