how to use the imported layout in a sheet set?

hello, i have imported one layout to the sheet set i am creating (i am new to this) the layout imported stays under one file and i dont know how to use it for all the files i have in the sheet set.

A layout resides in one DWG file: to get it into other DWG files you must repeat the import process.
