How to turn on Lineweights Dialog Box

Does anyone know how to turn on the lineweights dialog boc?

Do you mean it's off-screen (invisible) when you call the pop-up?
Or do you want to turn on features on the pop-up, without using the pop-up?

I finally found out what to do.  At the command line type in LWEIGHT and the dialog box shows up.
