How to get only one view in paper space

Hello,

I'm a seasoned user of Dassault's software suite and a new user of AutCAD architecture.

I want to print my drawing with it's dimensions and annotations. However, my "paper space" has two views; one with the 3D cube that can create different perspectives. My layout is scaled incorrectly (much too small) but before I figure out how to adjust the scale, I would like to have only a single view (perhaps called "viewport"?) in my paper space, not this split screen.

Please tell me how to get a single view.

Thank you.

found it. I was able to delete one of the outer boxes and delete the "viewport" (I think that's what I did). However, during some scrolling in and out I have lost my terribly undersized factory layout. Is there a means of centering the drawing? Or centering it about the origin?

On the layout, with Model Space active in the desired viewport (the only one left), use ZOOM Extents to zoom to the extents of what is in Model Space.  If you do not have anything far away from the layout you want to see, it should show up and fill the viewport (centered).  You can then use the annotation scale control on the Status Bar to select a standard scale and have the viewport zoom to that scale, maintaining the center point.
