I have created a Multi view block and attempting to do a 2d generation of views and it fails saying "Nothing resulted from the generate operation." I have attached the drawing. Hopefully someone can figure out my problem.

Thank you

Observations:

Your Cooler_Wire_Shelf Multi-View Block has the Cooler_Wire_Shelf_Model block assigned to the Elevation Display Representation.  That block appears to be just one shelf, not the entire cart.  Is that the intent?  FWIW, the Elevation Display Representation is not assigned to MultiView Blocks out-of-the-box, and it is not turned on in your Section_Elev Display Set.

The Building Elevation Line adjacent to (and encompassing) the Cooler_Wire_Shelf MultiView Block is set to use the Standard 2D Section/Elevation Style and the Section_Elev Display Set.

In the Section_Elev Display Set, the only Display Representation that is turned on for Multi-View Blocks is General.  In the Multi-View Block Definition, for the General Display Representation, you only have one view block assigned, Cooler_Wire_Shelf (Plan), and that is assigned only to the Top view direction.

So, as ACA points out, there are no graphics specified in the Multi-View Block Definition from which to generate an elevation view.  Add one or more View Blocks to the General Display Representation and assign the appropriate View Directions so that there is something from which to generate elevation graphics.
