Hi there ;

I am using AutoCAD architecture  2018 onto my computer. After getting my constructs ready, I am trying to create views. It just does not work  (worked once before and stoped)  and immediatly I received this error, “Fatal error: Unhandled Access violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception. I am wondering if anybody knows what that error is signalling and could help me resolve the problem. Thank you!

 Machine name: LAPTOP-SP01RFR5
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 64-bit (10.0, Build 16299)
 System Manufacturer: LENOVO
 Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1505M v6 @ 3.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Available OS Memory: 16190MB RAM

Card name: NVIDIA Quadro P3000
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Chip type: Quadro P3000
DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you have at least one drawing file open at the time that the crash occurs?

Does the crash subside if you have at least one drawing open when you create new views?

See this similar thread.
