FATAL ERROR - LOST MY PROJECT

Last night a fatal error occurred, and it asked if I wanted to save my changes for recovery in the corresponding job folder on my hard drive , to which I answered yes.  I then had to go to Task Manager, (Windows 11), and End Task.  When I looked for the dwg file in the folder, it wasn't there.  I did a search of my entire PC for any dwg file saved yesterday, and it wasn't there.  I have several hours of work invested in that drawing and I'm not anxious to start over, but that may be my only solution.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you try looking in your Auto save file location?  Look for .bak or .sv$ files.

Yay! It was in the Temp folder with a .bak extension, but it had the right date and time stamp, so I changed it to a .dwg and it opened perfectly.  Thank you, Pandean!  You saved me a bunch of time.
