Elevation and Section Feature not working in AutoCAD Architecture 2024

I've recently encountered an issue using the Elevation and Section Features.  When I select a location for the drawing to be created I see a flash of a dialog box and the drawing is not created.  I've tried it on different drawings, simple and complex, on different computers, and I get the same result.

It was working earlier in the week.  The only thing I did was renew the subscription.

Thoughts??

Have you restarted your PC yet?

Is the problem present in ALL of your files, or just this one?

Any chance you caught a glimpse of the content of that pop-up and know what it is?

I shut the computer off for the whole weekend. Same thing happens. Happens in any drawing. The flash of a pop-up window is so quick it's more just a blur.

I was able to get the feature to work on my laptop in any drawing. But the two desktops at the office will not work.

@staci_zettel You might need to backup your customizations on one of the desktops then do this

You may want to check your display manager.  I have no idea why, but something may have caused the 2d section/elevation object to be turned off by plan type.
