Exist any problem between dynamic blocks and ACA or AMEP?
I remember I tried a time ago, and when I tried re-open the file, all dynamic block entities was duplicated. Exist more problems? Or simply is not supported?
Dynamic blocks work fine in ACA and MEP. These are part of the AutoCAD base capabilities. The verticals add mvblock and mvpart capabilites. They don't take away the base capabilites.
