Does anyone know how to correct this problem? Its a problem on all of the autodesk products. I'm running windows 10 on a macbook pro retina display set to 2880 x 1800 pixels. It's difficult to read the titles and info in the dialogue boxes...

Welcome to the community!

It is the high resolution monitor combined with text scaling. This Autodesk Knowledge Network article offers solutions for various setups.

AutoCAD 2017 has a fix released recently: nothing for ACA2017 has been released yet.

Until then, ACA 2017 and lower were not designed for high-res monitors. It only runs on displays set to 1920x1080 (also try 2560x1440 and up to 2560x1600 if you have that option) and at 100% text scaling (no more than 125% text scaling). It will not look good on 4k displays settings on modern PCs and laptops 😞

Thanks for your advice Dean, this seems to help temporarily but I need a fix that is permanent.

I can adjust the resolution on my system but this is a just a band-aid. I have to jump back and forth between high res renderings and photoshop and have to adjust my screen resolution every time I want to go back and forth? This is not a reasonable way to work...

Dear Autodesk, we have paid you a lot of money on these software packages. You need to come up with a solution to your user interface that works for all screens and resolutions... some of our monitors are above 4k! It would not cost you much to have your engineers work this through and issue a fix for it. The user interface is the first thing we interact with! It's really important that as a user I can access dialogue boxes and read properties!
