Curious why suddenly out of the blue my over-all dimensions are .25" off on everything I try to dimension this way.

Until today it has not happened. Is there a setting that got changed somewhere ? I attached an example of what it is doing. The points are snapping to the same points so they should both equal 8'-4".Capture.PNG

Here you go.  I have saved it to open to the floorplan layer.  In particular the problem here is the rear porch overall of 50'-0" ends up being .25" off when the dimensions are broken down for the fireplace.  I appreciate your looking into this.  I can override the dimension to make it correct but if I override it then any changes wont update and opens up the door for mistakes.

The 29'-8 3/4" dimension is rounding down from 29'-8.81527676" (nearest 1/4").  The 13'-3" dimension is rounding down from 13'-3.08293482".  The  6'-2" dimension is rounding down from 6'-2.10160531".  The total loss due to rounding is 0.24981689", or the "missing" 1/4".  Your units are set to architectural, rounding to the nearest 1/4", masking these small drafting errors.
