Content browser will not launch

I am having issues inserting blocks from the content browser in Architecture 2017. I am able to insert most blocks but, blocks in the Special Construction/Detection and Alarm section will not insert. I receive the following message when trying to insert an Exit Sign(Wall);

"Duplicate definition of block I_ELEC_EXIT_WALL MOUNT_P ignored."

The block is already in the drawing.

Probably there is another block with the same name in the drawing.

Type "rename", rename the block  I_ELEC_EXIT_WALL MOUNT_P and try again.
