commands do not get executed

I have this strange error in a dwg containing polylines, hatches, roomstamps and autotexts.

Some commands do not get executed: the change is being shown and then it disappeares and jumps back to the original situation.

More percisely it occures when trying to modify the shape of a polyline, or when trying to rotate the UCS. 

Any suggestions what could cause this error?
