Command Line Display Issue in ACA 2017

If you look at my command line and below it if the first picture, my page tabs are at the bottom of the screen.  If I pan around or do a command, sometimes my screen changes size and i have the gray area below my page tabs.  This changes back and forth all of the time and drives my eyes crazy by flickering.   Is there a way to make it stop going back and forth?

Hi JHILBER,

I had this same issue when I set up 2018 myself.  I make so many changes, it is hard to remember what I did completely, but try right clicking on a Model or Layout tab and select "Dock Inline With Status Bar".

I remember trying this several times and it finally took, maybe after a save or something...???

The issues is fixed.   When I selected dock in line with stats bar it still switches back and forth but if you dock in line with the status bar then dock above the status bar, it stops switching back and forth.
