change door, win style
I assume you want the Doors and Windows to appear the way they do in the image you attached. That is relatively easy for Doors - use the Plan Low Detail Display Representation for Doors, and assign a "dot" linetype to the Swing component. I used Dot2.
I did not have much luck getting the Windows to display with a cross-hatch. I was going to try a custom display block, scaled to the width and depth, but the width scaling was only scaling for the Frame width, rather than the entire Window width (unlike the way it works with Doors). That likely would not have resulted in a uniform hatch for Windows of differing widths, due to the scaling, anyway. If I think of something else, I will post back. Perhaps someone else will have an idea before then.
