Do you have a license for AutoCAD Architecture available, or do you subscribe to the Only One.AutoCAD, with toolsets?  If so, you have to download and install AutoCAD Architecture or the Architecture toolset (same thing).  It will make use of the core AutoCAD installation already on your machine, adding the AutoCAD architecture modules and content.  Then you need to start AutoCAD with a profile that is set up for AutoCAD Architecture, using the ACA.cuix as your main customization file.

I was able to download a 3 year licensed student version of AutoCAD 2019 Architecture!
