Autohide not working

If there is bug reporting, I can't find it.

I'm using Autocad Architecture 2024 currently.  I'm not sure when this started, or if it was always with 2024...

Autohide of say the Layers or Properties floating toolbar does not work on start up.  The boxes open up on load it, and you have to turn off autohide and turn it back on for each toolbar to get it to work right for the rest of the session.

It sounds like your changes to your workspace are not saving. Type WSSETTINGS. 1. Make sure that a workspace is set current. 2. Make sure the workspace switching option is set to Automatically save workspace settings

Hi @jsnedekerUU2TC ,

Hope you could try the suggestion as mentioned by Ed above and keep us posted!

To answer your first question - to report any product issue and connect with product support, please follow as below:

  1. At the start tab - find "Send feedback" on the right side
  2. You will land on a "Sending Product Feedback to Autodesk" page - find "contact support"
    1. Then select the most appropriate issue you need help with (in this case it would be "Using and troubleshooting my software")

There are two more alternatives to post your product issues

  • Option 1: Join Autodesk Feedback Community
    • At the bottom of the "Sending Product Feedback to Autodesk" page
    • After creating an account, you may post your queries and comments onto the AutoCAD Architecture feedback forum there
  • Option 2: Using this same forum that you are posting your query on

Reference links for your convenience:

Best regards,

Yanhan

In addition to what @yanhan.lim said, you should try to find out if its actually a bug first! Ask in the forums or submit a support ticket from your support page at Autodesk Account.
