Hi,

DWF exported from AutoCAD Architecture 25 fails to include surfaces and textures, unlike earlier editions, that retain their presentation when added to - https://viewer.autodesk.com/designviews

All commentary is welcome,

Does it work if you open the dwf in the desktop version of Design View? Do the surfaces show up in a rendering?

Ed

Hi Ed Jobe,

However, DWF Viewer (off-line app) was discontinued as a supported app some years ago

as Pendean commended, all reports on DWF topics should be posted out on this forum.

So the online version only is used.  So in short, later editions fail to export the selected materials, plus

free orbit rotation only goes up - down instead of side to side or free orbit.   Whereas earlier exports

uploaded on the same have their materials and are useable in free orbit.  To enable check all side elevations for example.

Thanks,  Colin

@COLINDB There is no support for the online viewer in these forums, sorry. That's it's own thing out there in the universe.

Install and try the desktop DWF viewer Autodesk provides, it was recently updated for compliance with Win11, see if the problem persists: you literally have no other options if you only wish to stick with DWF file formats, sorry.

If the problem persists, we'll need to see your PageSetup and PLOT settings to creating the DWF file as well as your DWF file here please.

OR... Here are the ways to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:
