Autocad Architecture 2016

I am getting a splash screen showing a past opened drawing location in the middle of my workspace. Why is this happening? Is there a way to turn this off? Photo attached of my issue.

Did you use OPEN command from inside ACA2016, or are you double-clicking in Windows Explorer (in the folder where that prompt is showing)?

I get it opening a drawing from the OPEN conmmand within ACA2016.
