Autocad Arch 2019 crashes when using the Page SetUp Manager

Hi

each time I launch the Page SetUp Manager and click on the 'New' button Autocad crashes!
Is there any patch for this? Is it a know bug?

I just updated to the latest patches for Autocad Arch 2019, and the problem remains
I also installed Autocad 2019 and exactly the same problem arises

Maybe I need to go through all those hints again and see which of them actually applies

What is everyone's default printer setup?
Has anyone changed it in OPTIONS to see if the problem goes away?
