AutoCad 3d solids not displaying in paper space

I have a drawing with 3d solids for a site study and they display fine in model space. When I go to paper space and insert the model view into a sheet, about half of the 3d solids do not show up. The ones that don't display are all on the same layer which is thawed and on, so I can't figure out why some display and others don't.

That's not how paper space works. Paper space is 2D.  Insert your model drawing into the sheet's model space and create viewport/s.

It looks like you created the layers for your 3d solids so that any new viewport would automatically vpfreeze them.  If that isn't what you want, turn off the newfreeze flag on those layers.  In the viewport that is already created, change the vpfreeze settings for that viewport.

Thanks for the reminder. I looked and the layers were frozen in the new display. I work mostly in Revit and when I have to go back to Autocad, I forget too much.

No problem. Glad you got it to work.  I work in both AutoCAD and Revit myself as well.
