I meet all the system requirements for ACA 2017 (many even surpass) but still when I go to more complex windows (e.g. Menu > Options) it stutters and lags more than it should.
What could be the problem? Might it be that I don't have an SSD?
I would think this is more of a graphics issue. You might try turning Hardware acceleration off and see if that makes a difference.
