Area calc button not working in AutoCAD Architecture

My Area Calcs Button is not working, it starts to, but never completes the task and then starts over.

This has effected all of our office computers, any help would be appreciated!

Walk us through every step, describe which command you launch, what the commandline reports as you go through every step. Including any error messages you may not have noticed before.
