Approach for creating multi storey building

Hello,

I want to design a multi storey appartment building, with Ground floor and 4 identical storeys.

What would be the best approach from organizing point of view?

For exemple it helps to separate on different xrefs the internal walls, external walls, slabs and stairs for each floor or it is best to be all in one file for each one?

I will draw GF in a construct and the typical floor in an element and reference it in separate constructs for each storey.

I have 2 vertical circulation nodes. Should I create it separate and reference it? 

Please let me know what would be your suggestions?
