Application Status Bar "use icon"2015

After importing my profile to ACA2015 I noticed the "use icons" is not an option in the Application Status Bar. Has this been moved or did they eliminate it all together?

Eliminated.

Please leave feedback and maybe we'll get it back for 2016.
