AEC Project Defaults Show detail when dropping view on sheet ignored

Seems 2020.0.2 (current patches) ignores the 'Options > AEC Project Defaults > Show detailed drawing preview when dropping view on sheet' is being ignored.

It used to just show the bounding box of the view untl the view was actually placed (so was much faster) but, here at least, shows the full graphic detail of the view irrespective of the setting being ticked/cleared (multiple users)

Anyone else seeing this?

Its Vinod here. Can you give me a screenshot. I can't reproduce the issue in ACA 2020 with update 0.2 installed.
