ACA 2015: Model building in single construct and separate levels using views?

Is there a way to model a bldg in a single construct and then create the different levels using the views (similar to revit)?

Sure you can, always could: but unlike REVIT with a server based model, yours will be fully loaded on your PC and AutoCAD's performance may slow down if your system is not ideal.
